  • From the Hiring Dashboard: Navigate to Hiring menu and click Hirng, then Locate the quick actions section and click “+ Create a Job” button.

  • Via the Hiring Menu: Go to “Hiring” > “Job Postings,” then click “+ Create a Job.”

3.1 Basic Job Information

  • Job Description – Clearly outline responsibilities, must-have skills, and your company’s culture. Use bullet points and highlight benefits.

  • Employment Type – Choose from Full-Time, Part-Time, Contract, or Internship.

  • Years of Experience – Set a realistic minimum to attract qualified candidates.

  • Job Level – Entry-Level, Mid-Level, Senior-Level, Manager.

  • Education Level – Minimum required education (e.g., Bachelor’s Degree).

  • Salary Range (Optional) – Helps align expectations.

  • Job Location – Specify both Country and City/Town.

  • Application Deadline – The job will auto-close after this date.

  • Publish Job: Make your job ad live and visible on your KaziQuest career site.

To update job status:

  • Go to “Hiring” > “Job Postings.”

  • Locate the job and click the 👁️ (eye) icon.

  • Under the title, use the “Change Status” dropdown:

    • Open – Visible to applicants.

    • Draft – Not visible.

    • Future Opportunity – In preview mode.

    • Closed – No longer accepting applications.

⚠️ Reminder: Only “Open” jobs are visible on your public facing career site.
