You have the following options:
- Save as Draft: Save your progress and return to edit the job post later. It will not be visible to applicants.
- Preview Job Ad: View how your job ad will appear to applicants. Note that jobs in preview mode are listed as a “Future Opportunity” and are not yet publicly visible.
- Publish Job: Make your job ad live and visible on your KaziQuest career site.

To update job status:
Go to “Hiring” > “Job Postings.”
Locate the job and click the 👁️ (eye) icon.
Under the title, use the “Change Status” dropdown:
Open – Visible to applicants.
Draft – Not visible.
Future Opportunity – In preview mode.
Closed – No longer accepting applications.
⚠️ Reminder: Only “Open” jobs are visible on your public facing career site.
